Our shop is Number 2 in Bhatindi, right near the Makkah Masjid. Life in this part of Jammu can be quite something, especially with all the activity around the masjid. We spend most of our time at the desk, looking at the street and talking to whoever walks in. People usually find us because they live nearby or they’re passing through for prayers. We handle a lot of different travel requests, mostly just getting things sorted so people can actually get where they need to go. It is not a fancy office with big glass walls or high-end furniture. It’s just a regular spot with some chairs and a computer that sometimes acts up when we need it most. Bhatindi is a busy area, so there is always a lot of noise from cars and people chatting outside the door. We have been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors know us pretty well. Sometimes someone just stops by to ask for directions or to see what the current rates are for a trip. We don't do any big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign. It gets a bit crowded in the afternoons, but that is just how it goes. We try to keep things simple and just do the work as it comes to us.
