Our office is over in Gandhinagar, in that lane where the old Apsara Theatre is. We are on the first floor at 660 A. It’s a pretty good spot because we are right opposite the Dushera Ground. When there are events or fairs there, the whole place gets really crowded and festive. There’s a Samsung showroom nearby too, which makes it easier for people to find us when they are looking for the address. Make Your Trip Easy Tour & Travels is the name we went with. It’s just me and a few others working here. The office is actually quite simple. We have some posters on the walls and a few desks piled with papers. We spend our days helping people plan their trips. Jammu 180004 is a nice area, a bit more spread out than the old city. I like the walk to work in the mornings when it’s still a bit cool outside. We don’t use any corporate talk here. We just sit down with whoever walks in and try to figure out the best way for them to travel. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right connection, but we don’t mind. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking things on the system. We just want to make sure people have the right information before they leave. It’s a honest living and we’ve been doing it this way for quite a while now.
