Lupin

We are located over in Ward No.1 in Jawahar Nagar. It’s a busy little part of Kathua. Working for a company like Lupin here in J&K means we see a lot of the local side of the business. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical place where we get the job done. The morning starts with checking the inventory and making sure the orders are moving. Kathua can get pretty warm in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. There’s a lot of back and forth with the delivery trucks and the local distributors. We don't have a big marketing team here; it’s just us handling the day-to-day logistics. Sometimes things get delayed because of the roads or just general stuff, but we just sort it out. We’ve been in this Jawahar Nagar spot for a while, so we know most of the people who come by. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making phone calls. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner of the desk. It’s just how it goes. People in the area know where we are if they need anything. We don’t make a big fuss about what we do, we just keep the supply chain moving and go home when the day is over. It is honest work and it keeps us busy.
