I work at this branch of Lg Electronics India Pvt Ltd. Honestly, it’s mostly about keeping up with all the new gadgets coming out. We spend a lot of time answering emails at Sam_Geet2002@Yahoo.Com because people always have questions about their home appliances. It gets busy here, especially when the weather turns and everyone suddenly needs a new fridge or a washing machine. My desk is usually a bit of a mess with manuals and post-it notes everywhere. We’ve been at this for a while now, and the routine is pretty much the same every morning. Open up, check the inventory, and see what the warehouse sent over. Sometimes the delivery truck is late, which makes things a bit hectic with the customers waiting. It’s just how it goes in a big city like this. Most of us here have worked together for a few years, so we know how to handle the rush. We don't really do anything fancy; we just make sure the boxes go to the right houses and the repairs get scheduled. If you send a message to that Yahoo address, it usually comes to my screen.
