Being part of Icici Bank Ltd here in Jammu 180001, we see a lot of people every day. It’s a busy place because of the central location. Most of the day is spent handling the usual banking stuff like deposits, withdrawals, and people asking about their accounts. It gets quite loud in here when the lobby is full of customers. We are just regular staff trying to keep the lines moving as fast as we can. The city outside is always moving, and we feel that energy inside the branch too. We don't have much time for sitting around. Usually, there’s a stack of forms to process or someone needs help with the ATM outside. The air conditioning is a lifesaver during the summer months in Jammu because the heat outside can be pretty brutal. We know many of the locals by name since they come in every week for their business or personal needs. It's not a place with fancy furniture or anything like that; it’s just a standard bank setup with counters and desks. We try to keep things organized but sometimes when it's really busy, it feels a bit chaotic. Every day is different depending on who walks through the door. Some days are calm and we can catch up on our emails, while other days we are on our feet from the moment we open until we lock the doors. It’s just how things go in a city like Jammu where everyone is always in a hurry.
