We operate out of a residential area in Greater Kailash, Jammu. Our specific location is Lane Number 21, and we are right opposite House Number 214. We are actually based at Virander Sharma’s place. It is a bit of a different setup because it is a home address, but that is how we manage the local distribution for the ice cream brand. You will often see delivery vans or small trucks trying to navigate the narrow lane, which can be a bit tricky since it is not a wide main road. We have some storage space and a small office area set up inside. It is mostly about coordinating the daily deliveries and making sure the freezers are working right so nothing melts. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down as much as possible, though the hum of the cooling units is always there in the background. It is not a big corporate office with a glass front and a fancy sign. It is just a house where we do our business. We have been using this spot for a while now, and the neighbors are pretty used to the ice cream trucks coming through by now. We do not have a fancy lobby or a big staff. It is just a few of us making sure everything moves on schedule. It is a very practical, local way of running things every day.
