Helpline Tour & Travels is tucked away in Hari Market. It’s a very busy place, especially during the day. We are located right near the Gupta Hotel, which most people in Jammu know. If you find the hotel, you’re basically there. Being in the market means there is always a lot of energy and people walking around. We’ve been here for a long time, helping people with their bus tickets and car rentals. The shop isn't fancy, just a counter and some places to sit. We get a lot of walk-in customers because of the location. People are usually in a hurry, so we try to be quick. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to sell people things they don't need. We just listen to where they want to go and see what we can do. It can get pretty loud in Hari Market with all the vendors and traffic, but that’s the charm of it. Our staff is just regular people from the neighborhood. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the other shopkeepers when things are slow. We don't have a massive office or a lot of high-tech gear. Just a phone, a logbook, and our local knowledge. It works for us and it works for the people who come to see us. We’re just a small part of the daily life in this market.
