Our place is located in Lal Bazar, right in the Jan Muhalla area of Srinagar. It's a neighborhood where everyone seems to know everyone else. You can hear the sounds of the local life all day long. We’ve been operating out of here for a bit now. It isn't a modern glass building or anything like that. It’s a traditional spot that fits right into the street. We handle various bits of work here. The winters can get quite cold, so we spend a lot of time huddled near the heaters with our tea. In the summer, the breeze is nice. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who grew up around here or moved to Srinagar for work. We try to be helpful when people come by with questions. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it. That’s just life here. We don't have any fancy brochures. If you want to know what we do, you usually just come and talk to us. We like the pace of things in Lal Bazar. It’s busy but it doesn’t feel rushed like the bigger cities. Most of our neighbors are shopkeepers or families who have lived here for generations. It’s a good community to be a part of while we do our daily business.
