Dreamworld Travels

Dreamworld Travels is situated in Ghumat Bazar, right in the Tawi area of Jammu. Our shop is directly opposite Hotel Richi Land. If you’ve ever walked through Ghumat Bazar, you know how busy it gets with all the stalls and people. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the shop has become a bit of a fixture in the market. It’s a small space, mostly taken up by a couple of desks and some filing cabinets. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. We just focus on booking tickets and helping people plan their trips. Most of our work is done over the counter or on the phone. We get a lot of walk-in customers because of the bazar. They might be looking for a bus to Punjab or a flight to Mumbai. We just pull up the screen and see what’s available. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning till night. The noise from the street is always there, but you get used to it after a while. We don’t use any complicated systems, just the basics that get the job done. Sometimes we have to explain to people that a certain route is closed because of the weather, which happens a lot in these parts. We just tell it like it is. It’s a small, local business and we are happy staying right here in the bazar.
