Diamond Tour & Travels is located on the first floor of the Hotel Green Palace. We are right in Hari Market, which is a very central part of Jammu. 180001 is the pin code. Being near the SBI bank is helpful because everyone knows where that is. The market is always loud and full of life, which I actually enjoy. It makes the day go by faster. Our office is a bit tucked away, so you have to come into the hotel and go up. It’s a simple room with some chairs and a desk where I handle all the bookings. We deal with all sorts of travel arrangements. It’s not a polished corporate office; it feels more like a place where real work happens. I’ve been working in Hari Market for years and I’ve seen businesses come and go. We just keep doing our thing. People come to us because they want someone who will just tell them the facts without any marketing fluff. We talk about train times, car rentals, and whatever else they need. It’s a lot of paperwork, but it’s okay. We don't have any fancy brochures with staged photos. We just use our experience to help people get where they want to go. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We just take things as they come and try to do right by the people who walk through the door.
