Bharti Airtel Ltd

Our Jammu office is located in Talab Tillo, tucked away in Nitco Lane. We are actually inside the Nitco office building, care of Shri Ved Prakash Bali. It’s a busy little spot in Jammu. Even though the name Bharti Airtel Ltd is big, our day-to-day here is pretty grounded. We handle the local side of things. The lane can be a bit dusty and there are always trucks moving around because of the other offices. We have our desks set up and we deal with the service stuff for this area. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and looking at signal maps. Jammu weather can be intense, so we are glad for the roof over our heads. We aren't the ones making the big decisions. We just make sure the local connections stay up. People come in sometimes with questions about their bills or their phones. We do our best to help them out without any fuss. The office isn't decorated with anything fancy. It’s just a place to work. We’ve got our files and our tea mugs. We know the other people working in Nitco Lane pretty well by now. It feels like a small community even if the company is large. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving for the customers in Jammu. It is a lot of troubleshooting and paperwork every single day.
