S P Grains & Agro Llp is located right near the Hindi School on the Main Road in Manabari. Most people around here know Surendra Prasad, and our work happens out of his place in Chuiya Basti. Living in the Odlabari area means we are always busy with the grains coming through. It is a loud spot sometimes because of the school and the traffic on the Main Road, but it is home for us. We handle a lot of the local agro work that needs doing in this part of Jalpaiguri. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us making sure the grains are sorted and things are moving. We don't really bother with big speeches. We just get to the school area every morning and start the day. The Chuiya Basti neighborhood is a good place to be, and everyone knows everyone else. Sometimes the trucks get backed up on the road, but we just work around it. Being in Po- Manabari, we see a lot of people passing through. We have been doing this for a bit now, just focusing on the basic agro stuff. It's not a complicated life. We take the grains as they come and try to do an honest job. If you are walking past the Hindi School, you will see us there. It’s just us, working with what the land gives us in this corner of the world. We don't have a website or anything, just this spot by the road.
