We are located at Bramhane, which is a village in the Amalner Taluka of Jalgaon district. The address is just "At Post Bramhane," which tells you exactly how rural we are. Chandramangal Organo Farmers Privatelimited is our company, and it’s run by people who actually know what it’s like to work in the heat of Jalgaon. It gets very hot here in the summer, and that dictates everything we do. We are surrounded by fields and the people who work them every single day. Our office is a simple place where we manage the collective efforts of the local organo farmers. We don't have any fancy city offices or corporate polish. It is just us, some desks, and a lot of talk about the weather and the crops. Being "At Post" means we are right in the thick of it. We know everyone in the village and they know us. Most of the work happens outside, not behind a computer screen. We deal with the realities of farming, which means some years are good and some are tough depending on the rain.
