Agrocroft Organic Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are a group of farmers who got together to start Agrocroft Organic Farmers Producer Company Limited. Our small office is at Flat No.01 in the Sai Kamal Apartment over in Ganesh Colony. Chopda is a place where a lot of people farm, so it made sense for us to join up and help each other out. We handle things together because it is much easier than trying to do every single thing alone as individual farmers. Organic farming is a lot of work and sometimes it gets really frustrating when the yield isn't what you hoped for after months of effort. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds and what the soil needs for this specific season. It's not a fancy setup at the apartment; it's mostly where we keep our records and meet up to discuss our plans. We aren't trying to be some huge company, we just want to get our produce out there without using a bunch of chemicals. The weather is always a worry, but that's just part of the life we chose. We share what we know with each other. Sometimes we disagree on how to do things, but we usually figure it out over tea. Being in Ganesh Colony puts us close to the center of things. It’s just us local folks trying to run a business that makes sense for the land and the people living on it. We don't have a big marketing team, just our hands and our crops.
