Rishi Raj Swadeshi Producer Companylimited is based out of Orai. We use the address C/O Rakhi at 1 Orai as our main point of contact. It’s not a big fancy headquarters, just a place where we can get our work done and keep things organized. We are focused on local products, hence the Swadeshi part of our name. It's about making things here and selling them here without getting too caught up in global stuff that doesn't really help us. We’re a small group, and we spend a lot of time just talking to each other about what we can produce next or how to improve what we already have. Some days are long, and things don't always go according to plan, but that’s just how business is when you’re starting from the ground up. We don’t use any big words to describe ourselves because we are just regular folks. We know the people in Orai and they know us. Our operation is pretty simple. We take what we grow or make and try to find the best way to get it to the market. There’s a lot of manual work involved, and we all chip in. We don’t have a lot of hierarchy; whoever is available does what needs to be done. It’s just about keeping the lights on and making sure the work we put in actually means something at the end of the day. We are proud of our small town roots and the way we do things here.
