Om Navkar Cement Concrete Pipe Factory

We’ve been at No. 152, Chotti Barandari, Part- 1 for a good while now. Making cement concrete pipes isn't flashy work, but it's what we do every day at the factory. The yard is usually full of sand, gravel, and the big molds we use for the casting. People around here know where we are because of the stacks of pipes out front. It’s a dusty job, honestly, but we don't mind it much. We start early in the morning when it's still a bit cool. You can hear the mixer going from down the street once we get the first batch started at Om Navkar Cement Concrete Pipe Factory. We just focus on getting the mix right so the pipes don't crack later on. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to dry them properly, which can be a real headache. We don't have a big office or anything fancy at the plant. Just the factory floor and the storage area. It’s mostly just us lifting things and checking the finished pieces for any issues. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us covered in grey dust. That’s just how it is in this trade. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we’re still right here in Chotti Barandari. The pipes sit out in rows until someone comes to pick them up for a project. It’s straightforward, honest work. No one is wearing a suit here. We use the tools we’ve had for years and just keep at it.
