You can find us over in Vijay Nagar, at number 21 on the first floor. We are right across the street from the Hdfc Bank, which makes it easy for people to give directions to our place. It is a quiet enough area compared to the main markets, but still busy with people going to the bank or other shops nearby. We handle a lot of different information and service tasks here. It is not a big fancy office with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk up the stairs and one of us will be at a desk working on a computer. The space is a bit tight because of all the equipment and files we keep around. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it gets a bit messy when there is a lot to do. We don't spend money on big signs or advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We just focus on the work at hand and getting things done for whoever walks through the door. It is a regular routine of checking data, answering questions, and keeping the systems running. Jalandhar is our home and we have been working from this Vijay Nagar spot for a good while now. It is a practical setup for a practical business. We just do our bit every day and head home like everyone else. We like the quiet rhythm of this neighborhood.
