You’ll find us at 661 Cantt Road in the Gara area. It’s a brick building that’s been around for a while. Inside, it’s mostly computers, tangled wires, and old monitors sitting on the floor. We spend our time fixing software or trying to get a printer to work again. It’s quiet most of the time, except for the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional hum of a server. We aren't a big tech firm with suits. Most of the time we’re just in t-shirts trying to figure out why a system crashed or why the internet is acting slow. People bring in their laptops when they won't turn on or when they get some weird error message that they don't understand. We’ve got tools scattered across the benches. Sometimes a repair takes five minutes, and sometimes we’re scratching our heads for three days waiting for a part to arrive. Gara is a decent neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know the people around here pretty well over the years. We don’t use a lot of big words to explain things. If it’s broken, we try to fix it. If it’s old, we see if we can make it run a bit faster. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at screens, but we like it. The coffee machine is usually broken, so we just walk down the street to the stall. That’s about it for us.
