R S It Solutions is situated along the GT Road Bypass, specifically in the Sant Vihar Colony near Maqsudan. If you know Jalandhar, you know the bypass is always busy with traffic moving toward the highway. We are a bit set back from the main noise in the colony area. The office is a straightforward setup where we deal with all sorts of computer and software issues. It’s mostly just us and our computers in a room that gets a lot of afternoon sun. We have some shelves with spare parts and old monitors that we keep for backups. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear uniforms or follow a strict corporate script. If a computer is acting up, we just take it apart and see what is wrong. Sometimes people from the colony drop in just to ask a quick question about their internet or a weird message on their screen. We try to help out when we can. The Sant Vihar area is a mix of homes and small businesses like ours. It feels like a neighborhood. We spend a lot of time staring at screens, so we usually take a break in the evening to step outside and see what’s happening on the bypass. It’s a basic life but we enjoy the technical puzzles that come our way every day. We aren't looking to grow into some huge corporation; we just like fixing things here.
