R & S It Solutions is based out of the Sant Vihar Colony, right near the GT Road Bypass in Maqsudan. We are specifically located at Sahupuri 1114-E, which is a bit of a specific spot to find if you are not from around here. The area is usually quite loud because of all the trucks heading toward the highway, but our little office stays mostly quiet once the door is shut. We have a basic setup for our IT work, mostly just some sturdy desks and a lot of computers that need fixing or updating. There are wires running along the floor and stacks of hard drives near the window. We aren't a big corporate firm with a fancy lobby. It's just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. We spend most of our time troubleshooting for local businesses or helping out people who live nearby in Sahupuri. The 1114-E unit is not very large, but it’s enough for what we need to get through the day. We have a small kettle for making tea and a few old chairs for when neighbors drop by to chat about their tech problems. We don't really do any advertising or big promotions. Word of mouth around the colony is how most people find us. It’s a steady way to work and we like being part of the local scene here.
