You can find Manish Software Pvt. Ltd. right on G. T. Road. We are very close to the bus stand which makes it easy for the staff to get to work every morning. Being near the bus stand means it is always noisy outside. You hear the horns and the conductors shouting all day long. Inside the office it is a bit calmer but you still feel the vibration of the heavy traffic. We have a few rooms filled with computers and old chairs that have seen better days. It is not a shiny glass building. It’s a functional space where we write code and talk to clients on the phone. We spend a lot of time looking at monitors and drinking tea. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the vehicles passing by on the main road. We have a small area where we keep the server and some spare parts for the machines. Most of the people working here live nearby or take the bus right to the doorstep. We don't have a big sign outside just a small board so you have to look for it. It is a tight-knit group here and we all know each other’s families and stories. We just do our work and try to stay on top of the tasks. When the power goes out we have a backup but it is always a bit of a scramble to make sure nothing is lost. It is just life on the G. T. Road.
