It's more of a practical place where we keep our stock and talk to the people who stop in. Sometimes we have a lot of people waiting and other times it’s just us. We don't use fancy sales pitches. If we have what you need, we tell you. If we don't, we tell you that too. Model Town is a nice place to work. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the market over the years. We just try to stay consistent and keep the shop running. We don't spend much on ads. Most people just see the sign when they are out near Gulati Chowk. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business and we like it.
