We set up Sidhi Ganesh Metal Industries in the Jagatpur Industrial Estate. Our place is tucked away in Nehru Colony, over in the Vinayak Nagar part of Jagatpur. Working in an industrial area means there is always a lot of noise and movement. It’s a place for people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty. We deal with metal work, and that requires a lot of space and heavy equipment. Most of our days are spent out on the floor, making sure the machines are running and the orders are moving along. It’s a tough environment sometimes, especially when it gets hot, but we’ve been here long enough that we don't think twice about it. The industrial estate is full of other businesses like ours, so there’s a certain feel to the neighborhood. We don't have a fancy office with leather chairs. Instead, we have workbenches and piles of material. It's a practical business. We focus on the quality of the metal and getting things out the door on schedule. Nehru Colony is where we’ve built our roots. People around here know us for being steady and just doing the work that’s expected. We aren't into big speeches or flashy advertisements. We just show up every morning, open the gates, and get to work on whatever needs doing. It’s a simple life, but it’s ours, and we take pride in the stuff we make here. It keeps us going every year.
