We are part of Jindal Stainless Ltd here in Orissa, handling things on the ground every day. It gets pretty warm in this part of the country, but the work doesn't stop. Everyone in the area knows where the rest house is, so finding us isn't too difficult. Our setup is very basic and mostly focuses on getting the daily jobs done. We’ve been based here for quite some time. The road can get a bit dusty when the trucks go by, but that’s just part of being in Jajpur Road. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls; it is just a practical spot for regular work. Our routine is steady, and we don't really go for anything fancy or polished. Most of our neighbors are local families or small shops. We spend our mornings checking on the stainless steel projects and our afternoons finishing up the paperwork. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we like being part of the local scene. If you ever pass through Dhabalgiri, you’ll see us there. We don't have any big mission statements posted on the walls.
