M/S Maithan Ispat Limited

We are over in Jajpur Road, Orissa, specifically located at Durga Colony near Chorda Square. This part of the country is big for steel, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is a setup with Bibekanand Mohanty, and it feels more like a small office than a big industrial site. Chorda Square is always busy with trucks and people moving through, so there is a lot of energy around us. We handle a lot of the local coordination for Maithan Ispat from this spot. It is not a fancy place with glass walls or shiny floors. It is a simple building where we keep our files and meet with people when they come through the Jajpur area. The weather can get really humid here, but we are used to it. We spend our days tracking shipments and making sure the local operations are moving along. It is honest work, and we like the fact that we are close to where the action is. Most of the people we work with are locals who have been in the steel industry for generations. We do not use a lot of complicated business talk; we just say what needs to be done and try to do it right. It is a grounded way to work, and being in Durga Colony makes us feel like part of the neighborhood. We just take things one day at a time here.
