Jagani Tour & Travels

Our little business, Jagani Tour & Travels, is based over in Sharda Para. It is a part of Jaisalmer that is a bit more lived-in and local compared to the busy market streets. We like it this way because it is a bit quieter and we know all our neighbors who live nearby. We have been in the travel trade for a long time now. It is mostly just about keeping the cars running and knowing the best routes through the sands to the distant villages. We don't have a big corporate structure or any fancy titles for ourselves. It is just us working together to make sure people can get where they need to go. Every morning starts with some tea and a look at the schedule for the day. Sometimes it is busy and we are running around, other times it is slow and we just sit and talk about the news. Sharda Para is a good place to be because it feels more like a home than a cold office. We don't believe in using big words or making promises we can't keep. If the road is blocked or the weather is too hot for a long drive, we will tell you straight so you can plan better. People appreciate that kind of honesty from us. We have seen many travelers come through Jaisalmer over the years. We just try to help them out with a car or a tour without any unnecessary fuss or bother. It is a simple way of making a living in this city.
