At Wind Shield Experts Yadav Glasses, we spend our days dealing with glass. The shop is at number 32 in Shastri Nagar. You’d be surprised how many people end up with a cracked windshield just from a small pebble on the road. We see a lot of that here. The shop is usually filled with large sheets of glass and the tools we use to fit them into cars. It’s careful work because if you put too much pressure in the wrong spot, the whole thing is ruined. We’ve got a bit of space out front where cars can pull in. Shastri Nagar is a busy neighborhood, so there is always noise from the street while we work. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. People usually just stand around or go get a tea nearby while we finish up. We’ve been doing this for a while at this location. It’s messy work sometimes with the old glue and broken glass bits, but we try to keep the shop tidy enough. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just fix the glass so people can see where they are driving again. It’s a simple job but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the sun hits the glass in the shop and it gets really bright inside, which makes the work a bit harder but we manage. It’s just how things are at number 32.
