West India Farmlands Private Limited is run from Goverdhan Vilas in Udaipur. We use the space at VI Block, where Shobha Sharma and Raj Kumar Sharma live. It’s more of a family-run setup than a big corporate office. We handle the farmland business from here, mostly dealing with the local land and agricultural needs in this part of Rajasthan. Living and working in Udaipur means we understand the local soil and how the water situation works around here. It isn't always easy, but it’s what we do. The 313001 area is where we’ve been for quite some time now. We keep things pretty straightforward. There are no big meetings or fancy suits. Usually, it's just us sitting around the table talking about the next crop or whatever land issues need fixing. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone chips in where they can. Sometimes the days are slow, and other times we are rushing to get things sorted before the weather turns. It’s a private limited company on paper, but in reality, it feels more like a local business that's just part of the community. We stay busy with the day-to-day tasks. If you come by Goverdhan Vilas, you’ll see it’s just a regular place. We like it that way because it keeps us close to the work we are actually doing out on the land. We don't have much of a website or anything, we just focus on the dirt and the seeds for the season.
