You can find us over at Sansar Chandra Road in the City Ctr area, which is a pretty busy part of the city to be in. Amirtham Organic started because we wanted to have a place that felt a bit more grounded than the usual big stores you see everywhere. It’s not a giant warehouse, just a shop where we keep things as simple as we can. We spend a lot of time talking to people who walk in off the street curious about what we have on the shelves. Sometimes the deliveries show up late or the packaging isn't exactly perfect, but that’s part of dealing with smaller suppliers and real products. The city center is always moving fast, but inside here we try to keep things a bit more relaxed, even when we’re busy stocking the shelves or cleaning up a spill. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone telling us how to talk to customers. We just say hello and help them find what they need for their kitchen or their home. It’s a lot of checking labels and making sure everything is where it should be. The floor gets a bit scuffed from all the foot traffic, and we’re always rearranging things to make more room. It’s just a local shop trying to stay useful to the people who live and work around Sansar Chandra Road. We just take it one day at a time and see who comes through the door every day.
