Our office is located on Station Road in the Govind Nagar area, right on Rampur Road. It’s a very busy spot because of the trains and the people coming into the city. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet with the people we work with. The walls are covered with charts and some old maps of the surrounding farmland. We have a few desks pushed together and there are usually stacks of papers everywhere. It isn't a very fancy setup, just some basic chairs and a table for meetings. Sometimes the noise from the station makes it hard to talk, but we’re used to it. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers about their crops and the prices. My colleague handles the accounts while I deal with the visitors. We have a small kitchen area in the back where we make tea for anyone who stops by. The floor is just plain stone and the windows are high up. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. It can get a bit chaotic when many people show up at once, especially during the harvest season. We just take it one person at a time and try to get the paperwork done correctly. It’s practical work and we stay busy from morning until late evening.
