Vyshivka India Private Limited is situated in the Sanganer area of Jaipur, specifically in Kishan Colony. If you know Jaipur, you know Sanganer is where a lot of the action happens with clothes and prints. We are tucked away in Bajrang Vihar, Extension-2. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but we’ve made a home for ourselves. We do embroidery work, which is what the name suggests. Most of our days are spent watching the needles move or checking the thread quality. It gets very loud in the workshop when all the machines are running at once. We aren't a huge factory, just a local setup trying to do good work for our clients. Sanganer is always dusty and busy, with trucks and bikes everywhere, but that’s where the business is. We don't have a big front desk or anyone to answer phones with a script. You usually just walk in and find someone covered in fabric scraps. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We’ve had to learn a lot about how to handle different types of materials over the years. Some days are better than others, especially when the humidity messes with the thread, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’re just a bunch of regular people working in a regular Jaipur colony, trying to stay busy and keep the production line moving through the season without any major breakdowns.
