V-RAMP TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED

We run our travel business out of a place in Naya Sahar, Bikaner. It’s actually registered care of Vijaylaxmi, who is the wife of Ghansham Das Bihani. It’s more of a home-based feel than a corporate office, which works out well for us. We handle a lot of travel arrangements and bookings from here. Bikaner is a busy place, but Naya Sahar has its own pace. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking routes on the computer. It’s not a big team, just a few of us who know the travel industry well enough to help people get where they need to go. We don't have a big storefront with posters of far-off places. Usually, it's just us at our desks with a lot of paperwork around. We've been doing this for some time now and we've gotten to know the regular customers pretty well. It's an honest living and we enjoy talking to different people every day. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a lot of bookings come in at once, but we manage. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just take the details, find the tickets, and make sure the schedules work out. It’s practical work. If you're in the neighborhood, you'll see it’s a quiet spot. We prefer it that way because it lets us focus on the details. Most of the time we're just busy making sure things stay on track.
