Unique Telecom

If you find yourself in Indira Bazar, you can see Unique Telecom at B-51. It’s a small shop, but we have a lot of stuff packed into the glass counters. We mostly spend our time looking at phone screens and fiddling with small parts that are hard to see. People come in when their chargers stop working or they need a new SIM card for their device. The street outside is always crowded, so we hear the traffic and shouting all day long. It is just a few of us working here. We try to keep things organized, but with so many small cables and plastic cases, it gets messy fast. We have a couple of stools for people to sit on while they wait, though it’s a tight squeeze if more than three people are inside. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most folks just walk in because they are already shopping in the bazar. Sometimes we are just sitting here waiting for the next person to bring in a broken phone. It is a simple business. We have been at this B-51 spot for a while now. We know most of the other shopkeepers nearby and chat with them when it's slow. When the power goes out, we just sit by the door to get some natural light. We are just a regular telecom shop trying to help people get their phones working again without much of a fuss.
