Hari Om Communications

We are located at G-80 near the Jaipur GPO. It’s a small shop, but it stays busy because of where it is right in the heart of things. Mostly, people come in because they need a quick recharge for their phones or they’re looking for a new SIM card for their kids. We also sell some basic accessories like charging cables, earphones, and those plastic covers that everyone uses to protect their screens. I started this place because I always liked gadgets, but now it’s mostly about helping people fix their connection issues or showing them how to use a new app they just downloaded. The space is quite cramped with all the boxes and display cases, but we make it work somehow. Often, someone will stop by just to ask for directions to the post office since we are so close to the main gate. We don't have a big team here, just me and a helper who comes in the afternoon to watch the counter when I go for lunch. Sometimes the internet goes down and we can't process the digital payments, which makes the customers a bit annoyed, but we just wait it out and talk about the weather. It's a simple life for us. We open around ten and stay until the market starts to quiet down at night. There’s always someone needing a screen guard put on or a battery checked for their old phone. We just do what needs to be done every day and try to keep the regulars happy.
