You’ll find G R Telecom over on the corner of Subhash Marg and M I Road. It’s a lively intersection, and there’s always something happening right outside our window. We’ve been operating from this location for a good while now. Our shop is where people come when their phones act up or they need a quick recharge. We have a lot of small parts and accessories hanging on the walls. It’s not a huge place, so things can get a bit cramped when three or four customers are inside at once. We don't really follow a corporate script or anything. We just talk to people and see what the problem is. Most of the time, it’s something simple that we can fix in a few minutes. M I Road is one of those places that never really sleeps, and Subhash Marg brings in a lot of foot traffic. We see a mix of locals and people just passing through. It’s a lot of standing on our feet and answering the same questions, but we don't mind. We keep the shop open pretty late most nights. We don't have a big mission statement; we just want to make sure the person walking out is happy with their phone. It’s a basic business, and we like it that way. We’ve got our routine down and it works for us.
