S M Communication

S M Communication is located at A 23 on M I Road. It’s a pretty standard shop where we deal with mobile phones and various telecom services. Being on M I Road means we are right in the thick of things. There is always a lot of noise from the street, but we’ve stopped noticing it after all these years. Inside, we have our counters and some stools for people to sit on while they wait. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting small issues or helping people pick out a new SIM card. It’s not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy and we get to meet a lot of different people. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. Sometimes it feels like we are surrounded by nothing but charging cables and phone boxes. We don't follow any corporate scripts when we talk to people. We just say hello and see what they need. If something can’t be fixed, we tell them straight. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a regular shop on this stretch of the road. Most of our customers are locals or people working nearby who just need something sorted quickly. We open up in the morning, keep the fans going to beat the heat, and stay until the street lights come on. It’s just a normal daily grind for us. It might be boring for some, but it’s our life here.
