Triveni Telecom

Our shop is located right on Shahpura Main Road. It is a very busy place with big trucks and buses zooming by at all hours of the day and night. Triveni Telecom is just a modest little spot for the locals. We deal with mobile phones and all the tiny accessories that people seem to need these days. The dust from the main road is a constant battle for us. We always keep a soft cloth handy to wipe down the display cases so people can actually see the phones. Most of our customers are locals who live within walking distance of the shop. However, we also get travelers who stop by because their phone died or they realized they forgot their charger at home. We do not have a fancy computer system for everything here. We still use a paper diary for most of our notes and customer details. It works well enough for us. The walls are painted a simple shade of blue, though the color is starting to fade near the door. We might get around to repainting next year if business stays steady. Some months are much better than others, especially when the festivals come around. During those times, we stay open very late into the night. Otherwise, we like to close up and get home at a decent hour to be with our families. There is a small food stall across the road where we get snacks and tea.
