Tizara Agencies is tucked away in the Kartarpura Industrial Area at F -113. Being in an industrial zone means it’s not exactly the quietest place to work. There are always trucks moving in and out of the narrow lanes around Bais Godam. Our building is a bit of a grey block, much like the others on this street. Inside, it’s mostly open space for storage and some desks near the front door. There’s a lingering smell of grease and metal in the air, which you get used to after a few days. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes by, one of us just looks up from whatever we are doing and says hello. The fans hum constantly to keep the air moving, especially when it gets hot in the afternoons. Our floor is concrete, and it’s seen better days with all the heavy stuff we move around. We spend our time managing orders and keeping track of the crates. It’s hard work, and by the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired. There’s a small tea stall just down the road where we go for breaks. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don't put on any acts here. It’s just F-113, a workspace where we get things done and then go home to our families. It’s practical, functional, and it fits what we do perfectly.
