Our office is at 527-528 on North Avenue, right across from the Anaj Mandi. Being in the Vki Area on Sikar Road means there’s always a lot of trucks and noise from the traffic. Three Leaves (India) Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it’s practical for what we do. We have a couple of rooms filled with samples and a lot of paperwork. The desks are usually covered in files and tea tasting cups. We try to keep things organized, but when you’re busy, things tend to pile up in corners. We aren't some big corporate entity with a lobby and a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see one of us on the phone or checking a ledger. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. We know the tea business inside and out, mostly because we’ve learned from our mistakes along the way. The tea trade can be unpredictable, with prices going up and down depending on the weather, but we just keep at it. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the tea we send out is decent and that the people we deal with are satisfied. It's a lot of hard work and long hours, especially during the peak season. We drink a lot of tea ourselves just to keep going through the day.
