If you head out towards Vatika Road, just off the main Tonk Road, you’ll find us at Morarka Organics Foods Pvt. Ltd. It’s a bit away from the main city noise, which actually suits what we do quite well. We deal with organic foods, so being closer to the open spaces feels right. The building is more of a warehouse than a fancy corporate office, with plenty of room for storing the grains and pulses that come through. We spend a lot of time cleaning and sorting things to make sure only the good stuff gets packed up. There’s a particular smell to the place—earthy and dry—which we’ve all grown used to over the years. We aren't using big flashy machines for everything; a lot of it is just manual checking and making sure the bags are sealed up tight. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, making it a challenge for the trucks, but we always manage to get things moving. It’s a simple operation where we focus on the food and the people who grow it. We don't spend much on advertising or fancy signs, we just let the work speak for itself. Most of the staff live nearby, so it feels like a local effort. We just keep our heads down, work through the piles of stock, and send it out to whoever is waiting for it.
