We have been set up here on Vatika Road for a good while now. It is just a regular office space in the Chaura Rasta area, nothing fancy to look at from the outside or the inside. Most days start pretty early because there is always a lot of paperwork to get through and people coming in and out. Dealing with organic food means we spend a lot of time talking to farmers and checking on supplies. It is busy work, but it keeps us on our toes throughout the week. Sometimes the phones will not stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually hear yourself think. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how each other works without having to say much. The traffic on Vatika Road can be a bit of a nightmare during the afternoons, especially when the big trucks are moving, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just try to get the orders right and make sure everything is handled properly before it goes out the door. There is not much to say about the building itself. It is functional. We keep the files organized and try not to let the clutter get out of hand. Some days are longer than others, especially when a shipment is late or there is a mix-up with the logistics. But that is just how it goes in this line of work.
