Morarka Organic Foods Pvt Ltd. is located out on Vatika Road. It’s a bit of a journey to get here, past Tunk Road and through Shri Ram Ki Nangal. We are part of the Riico industrial area, but it feels a lot more rural than that. We deal with food that comes straight from the ground, so things are often a bit dusty or muddy depending on the weather. We’ve been here quite a while, working with farmers and getting their products ready for people to eat. It’s not a fast-paced city job. We take things as they come. The seasons dictate how busy we are. When it’s harvest time, everyone is working long hours. When it’s off-season, we spend more time on maintenance and planning. We don't have a fancy headquarters. It’s mostly just warehouses and a small office where we keep the books. We don’t use a lot of marketing fluff. We think the food should speak for itself. We are just a bunch of people who care about how things are grown and processed. Our neighbors are other industrial units and farms. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We like it this way. Being away from the noise of the city allows us to focus on what we’re doing without too many distractions. It’s honest, simple work that we’re proud to do every day.
