We started this thing here on Kalwar Road because we wanted to do something with organic food. It is not a big fancy office, just a villa in Samanvaya Lata Nagar at Villa No. 33. People come in and out all day. We deal with farmers and get stuff packed up. Sometimes it gets messy with all the bags lying around. The sun hits the front porch around noon and it gets pretty warm inside. We spend a lot of time checking quality because people expect that from us. It isn't always easy keeping everything organized in a residential area, but we manage. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't bad for the staff. We usually have tea together in the afternoon while looking over the orders. It’s a quiet spot away from the main city rush of Jaipur. There is a lot of paperwork to keep track of, and some days are just spent on the phone talking to suppliers. We just focus on getting the food from the farm to the shelves. Nothing too complicated, just honest work. The neighbors know us well by now. We’ve been here at this address for a while and don't plan on moving. It is a decent place to work and we keep ourselves busy with the daily deliveries coming in from the outskirts. We try to keep things simple and practical here.
