Out here in Sitapura Industrial Area, Phase 3, things are a bit different than the city center. Our factory is at E 1/1274. It’s a big space filled with machines and the sound of metal being worked. We focus on copper products. The air inside can get quite warm when the machines are running full speed. Everyone has their own job to do, whether it's watching the machines or packing up the finished goods. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the wire and pieces we make. It’s not a glamorous job, and the walls are painted a simple industrial grey. We have a small office area tucked in the corner, but most of the action happens on the main floor. Loading trucks is a big part of our routine. They come into the yard and we have to get everything moved out quickly. The dust from the industrial area is a constant battle. We have tea breaks together in the small shade outside. It’s a long commute for some of us to get to Phase 3 every morning. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just make the copper parts that people order. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the clock. We’ve been at E 1/1274 for a while, and the routine stays pretty much the same day after day.
