Stone Tech

Our place is tucked away in the Vishwakarma Industrial Area, specifically on Road Number 14. If you know the G-1/818-H block, that’s where we sit. It’s a busy part of town with lots of trucks and noise all day long. We work with stone here, which means there’s always a bit of slurry on the floor and the sound of cutting machines going in the background. It isn’t the cleanest job, but we’ve gotten used to the dust on our clothes. We spend most of our time looking at slabs and making sure the dimensions are right for whatever order we have that day. The unit isn't huge, but it fits the machines we need. Some of the guys have been here since we started, and we just go about our business day by day. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common in VKIA, so we just take a break and sit outside for a bit. We don't really have a big office or anything, just a small desk where we keep the notebooks and the phone. People usually call us to see if we have specific types of stone in stock before they make the trip down here. It's mostly about getting the work done and making sure the pieces are loaded safely. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now, and we just keep the machines running and the stone moving out.
