Stella Beauty Saloon

You can find us over at Shop No-21 on Dev Nagar Road. It is right off Tonk Road in Jaipur, sitting just opposite Kamal & Co. This area is always moving, with bikes and cars zooming past all day long. Our saloon is a small space, but we make it work for everyone who drops by. We get a mix of people—some students from the hostels, some office workers, and plenty of mothers from the residential streets nearby. We keep things very straightforward here. There are chairs, mirrors, and the usual tools for hair and skin. We do not use fancy words or try to sell people things they do not really need. Usually, the conversation revolves around the heavy traffic on Tonk Road or the latest movie that just came out. It feels like a small community inside these four walls. When it rains heavily, the water sometimes splashes near the entrance, and we have to put out a mat, but that is just how it is with these street-side shops. We have seen the neighborhood grow a lot since we first opened our doors. The tea stall nearby brings us hot chai when we are too busy to leave the shop for a break. It is a simple life and we are used to the noise of the city outside. We stay open until the streetlights come on and the evening rush starts to fade.
