Aakas Hair Salon

Our shop, Aakas Hair Salon, is located at K-16 in Narayan Vihar, right along Ajmer Road. We are pretty close to Shree Electronic, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. It’s a busy part of town with all the traffic heading towards Ajmer, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside the door. Inside, it’s just a normal salon. We have a few chairs and some basic equipment for cutting hair. It’s not a place where you go to get a total makeover with expensive products. We just do regular haircuts and shaves for people living around here. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common enough in Jaipur, but we have a small backup or we just wait it out with the customers while we talk. It’s a friendly enough place. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often share a cup of tea in the afternoon when things are slow. Most of the people who come in are just looking for a decent cut so they look tidy for their work or a family function. We don't have any fancy certificates on the wall, just years of experience doing this day in and day out. If you're driving down Ajmer Road and need a quick cleanup, you can pull over and see if a chair is free. We try to be quick.
