Akrishit Beauty Parlour

I’ve been running Akrishit Beauty Parlour here on Habib Marg for a while now. It’s located at number 389, right around where Krishna Marg meets Vaishali Nagar. If you know the area in Jaipur, we are quite close to Little Public School in Moti Nagar. It’s a busy little spot. Most mornings I come in, unlock the gate, and start getting the chairs ready. It gets dusty outside so cleaning takes some time. People from the neighborhood stop by, mostly ladies from around Moti Nagar. Some want their eyebrows done or a quick haircut before they have to pick up kids from the school. We have a couple of mirrors and basic chairs. It isn't a fancy place with big lights. I usually have the radio playing quietly in the background. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings over a cup in the afternoon. It gets hot in the summer here, so the fan is always running. I try to keep things organized but sometimes towels pile up when it's busy. Vaishali Nagar is always moving, but inside the shop, it’s just me and whoever is sitting in the chair. We do what needs to be done. It's just a regular local business where we know most faces. No big secrets here, just a small parlour on a corner that keeps us busy every day. The street outside has some potholes that never get fixed, but that's just life here. We just keep our heads down and work.
