Spice Hotspot

We are over at 86 Arya Samaj Road in the Raja Park area. It is a lively neighborhood with lots of other shops and eateries nearby. Spice Hotspot deals in mobile phones and all the little gadgets that go with them. If you walk in, you will see walls lined with phone cases of every color and various types of headphones hanging from hooks. It is a bit disorganized at times, especially when a new shipment comes in and we haven't had a chance to put everything away yet. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about their phone problems or showing them how a new device works. We aren't tech geniuses, but we know enough to get most things working again. The shop doesn't have much room, so it can get pretty cramped when three or four people are inside at once. We don't have a big mission or a set of values pinned to the wall. We just show up, open the shop, and help the people who walk through the door. Sometimes we sit outside on a plastic chair when it's slow and just watch the traffic go by on Arya Samaj Road. It’s a decent way to spend the day. We try to be fair with people and they seem to appreciate that. There is no polished talk here, just regular conversations about what phone is better or why a charger stopped working.
