Sparsh Communication

Sparsh Communication is located in Sanganer, specifically in the Pratap Nagar area. It’s a small shop where we handle everything related to mobile phones. We do recharges, sell some basic accessories, and help people with their phone settings. Pratap Nagar is a place where everyone knows everyone. People come in just to ask a quick question about their data plan or why their phone is acting up. We have glass counters filled with screen guards and chargers. The walls have posters for different network providers. It is not a high-end showroom. It’s a place for the local crowd. We spend our day sitting behind the counter. Sometimes it gets really busy and people have to wait their turn in a small space. We talk to people about their day while we work on their phones. It’s a lot of clicking on screens and typing in numbers. We don't have a big staff, usually just one or two of us. The lights are bright inside so we can see the small parts of the phones. We open around mid-morning and stay until the market closes. Sanganer is a noisy place, but we are used to it. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the neighborhood. People trust us with their devices, which is good. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work.
